Abstract
Objective To evaluate the predictive value of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in coronary disease patients with walk-through angina. Methods Serum hs-CRP level and its relationship to coronary artery lesions were analyzed in 95 patients with walk-through angina(study group) and 80 health subjects(control group). Results The hs-CRP level of coronary artery double and triple vessel disease was higher than that of single((10.23±3.34)mg/L,(15.18±4.25)mg/L,(7.45±2.76)mg/L),the difference was significant(P0.05).Serum hs-CRP of Types B and C higher than that of Type A((12.41±6.53)mg/L,(17.56±9.67)mg/L,(6.37±2.45)mg/L),the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusion The hs-CRP level might be an important risk factor of coronary stenosis in walk-through angina patients.
