Abstract
ISSR-PCR markers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 40 wampee cultivars. A total of 15 ISSR primers selected from 96 primers were used to amplify 165 DNA fragments and of which 100 (60.6%) were polymorphic loci. Based on SPSS 13.0 analysis, the similarity coefficient between different cultivars ranged from 0.714 to 1.000. The dendrogram constructed by UPGMA showed that 40 wampee cultivars were classified into five groups.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
