Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application value of ultrasound-guided needle location in surgical excision of breast micro-lesions.Methods Thirty-three non-palpable breast lesions were found by conventional breast ultrasonography and mammography. Then surgical excision with needle location was performed under ultrasound guidance, and the specimens were collected for pathology examination. Results The accuracy rate of needle location under ultrasound guidance in 33 micro-lesions was 97.0%,all the micro-lesions were excised at one time. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided needle location has high accuracy,it is safe and convenient, and it provides an effective method in diagnosis and treatment of early breast cancer and precancerous lesions.
