Abstract
Objective Discuss the clinical efficacy between the partial pulpotomy and the indirect pulp capping,ask for the better therapies for the patients who have their premature incisors dentin exposure.Methods There were 24 cases including 31 immature permanent incisors divided into partial pulpotomy group(16) and indirect pulp capping group(15) randomly,treated as partial pulpotomy and indirect pulp capping respectively.They were followed up for 2 years.Results The success rate of the partial pulpotomy was 93.7%,and the rate of the indirect pulp capping was 80.0%.Conclusion The use of the partial pulpotomy has an advantage over indirect pulp capping when immature permanent incisors are dentin exposure close to the pulp.
