Law Thoughts of Criticizing the Autocratic Monarchy in Late Ming and Early Qing Dynasty Development in Modern Times

Abstract

The advance thinkers in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasty had fonned their thoughts of democratic rights through criticizing the autocratic monarchy . Their law thoughts of criticizing the autocratic monarchy had developed democratic government In Chinese modern times; Their law thoughts of democratic rights also had developed thoughts of rights and democracy in Chinese modern times. In conclusion, the moderation of Chinese law has indivisible relation with traditional law culture.
