Abstract
Objective: To establish a fingerprint analysis method of Radix Astragali from various habitats. Methods: The fingerp rint was performed by HPLC-ELSD. The conditions of chromatography: ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18( 250mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm ) was used with a mobile phase of CH3CN-H2O,flow rate:1mL·min-1,column temperature: 35℃,neb: 66% ,tube: 55℃,air pressure: 25psi,gain:200. Results: HPLC fingerprint of Radix Astragali was obtained. The 14 samples were classified as 5 clusters by PCA and clusteranalysis. Conclusion:A reliable method was provided for controlling the quality of Radix Astragali.
