Abstract

Establishing the resident minister in Tibet was an important measure that the Qing government administers Tibet.This article deems that the establishment of resident minister in Tibet was a effective management strategy adopted by Qing Dynasty on the basis of summarizing the historical experiences and in the light of the actual situation at that time in Tibet.It had exerted a great influence on the social politics of Tibet.
