Abstract

By investigating Mianyang urban plant based on urban functional zones. including public park;attached green space;productive plantation area and other green area.The result showed there were 480 species plants which belonged to 167 genera and 72 families.Among them,there were 238 species cultural plants and 150 species wilding which accounted for 49.6% and 50.4% of total urban plant species separately;there were 309 species Mianyang native plants and 171 species were introduced from other area.However,the low ratios of the area of native cultural plants resulted in the comedown of local plant characteristic.Other green area had the highest species diversity in arbor and shrub and herb,by comparison,productive plantation area had the lowest species diversity.The herb had the highest Species richness index in all of green area.Most of plants bloomed in spring and summer.According to the statistic of flower color,red∶white yellow∶blue and purple=8∶7∶3∶1
