Abstract

virtual property means digital notes which represent property,not only limited in Internet virtual property.In accordance with Real Right Law,part of virtual property can be regarded as objects,applicable of rules of Real Right Law,which is called Virtual goods.Other virtual property should be regarded as service of creditor's rights,applicable of rules of Contract Law.Infracting this type of virtual property is applicable of rules of infracting creditor's rights.
