Abstract
Enterprises-Universities-Researches Cooperation(EURC) promotes the Industrialize-action course of scientific research and accelerates the renovation of production.But a lot of cases are unsuccessful because of unreasonable profit allocation.In this paper,game theory is used to analysis the foundation and operation process of EURC.A model of profit allocation is put forward to deal with the optimal allocation coefficient while considering with the technical risk of Universities-Researches party.Finally,this paper discussed how the partners will choose to act under the assigned allocation plan based on non-cooperative game theory.
