Abstract
In order to understand the functions of interleukin 4 (IL-4) and interleukin 10(IL-10) in immune system,the lymphocytes of Bama mini pig was separated from peripheral blood and the total RNA was extracted from the peripheral blood lymphocytes stimulated with ConA,respectively.The genes of IL-4 and IL-10 were amplified by RT-PCR and cloned into PMD18-T vector,respectively.The sequences analysis showed that the nucleotide and the deduced amino acid sequences of the IL-4 and IL-10 in this study share 98.8%-100%,97.0%-99.3% and 99.2%,97.7% homology with those of other pigs,respectively.
