Clinical Significance in Changes of Level of Serum Troporin I in Liver Cirrhosis

Abstract

Objective:To determine the changes of level of serum cardiac troponin I in patients with liver cirrhosis and to approach its association with lesion in liver function and portal hypertension.Methods:In 30 patients with liver Cirrhosis,the level of serum troporin I Was determined and the internal diameter of portal stem was measured by color Doppler.Results: In liver cirrhosis,the level of serum troporin I increased significantly,which was no associated with liver function and portal hypertension.Conclusion:The cardiac troponin I is Sensitive in detecting myocardial damage in liver Cirrhosis.
