Abstract
[Objective]To explore curative effects of intra-artery selective thrombolytic therapy for 36 patients of acute ischemic cerebral infarction.[Methods]36 patients of super early stage cerebral infarction were selected as research group, using intra-artery selective thrombolytic therapy, intubation urokinase 1 million U/min continuous pump, dosage 25 to 100 million units; And other 36 patients with the same age, illness, the incidence of time matching super early of acute cerebral infarction were as control group, given intravenous thrombolysis treatment, the urokinase 1.5 million U join saline 100ml canister, intravenous drip 30min.Recorded patients of two groups before and after fibrinolytic therapy for nerve change and their prognosis.[Results](1)NIHSS scores of patients in two groups before treatment had no significant difference(P﹥0.05).After treatment,NIHSS scores in research group were significantly lower than control group(P﹤0.05).(2)20 cases in the research group with significant effect(55.6%),the total effective rate was 77.8%(28/36);11 cases in the control group with significant effect(30.6%),with the total effective rate of 69.4%(25/36)(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion]The intra-artery selective thrombolytic therapy for patients of acute ischemic cerebral infarction could recover patients' brain blood perfusion, block the pathological process of cerebral infarction, which has more significant curative effect.
