Social Entrepreneurship in Social Enterprises:Entrepreneurial Motive and Strategy

The social enterprise,which is engaged in the trade activity by the social goal,is now has the fast development.In recent years everwhere must sought to make a profit the organizationto start to the social enterprise's pattern to have highly interest.This paper first reviewed the literature and define the concept of social entrepreneurship,the third part described the motive which the social entrepreneurs start their businesses,then summarized the characteristics of social entrepreneurs,finally proposed the social enterprise's operation strategy.
