Abstract
With continuous development of the practice of social entrepreneurship,corporate social entrepreneurship plays an important role in solving social problems.Entrepreneurship is prompted by various motivations,so what drives enterprises to develop social entrepreneurship is worthy of our study,the conclusion of which can better guide the practice of corporate social entrepreneurship.In this paper,three enterprises are taken as case objects to explore the development of social entrepreneurship motivation.Case studies show that there are five aspects of the motivation for enterprise social entrepreneurship,namely,social demand,policy support,social mission,profit returns and social resources.The five aspects will drive or guide enterprises in the practice of social entrepreneurship to varying degrees.
