Abstract

[Objective] To investigate and evaluate the diagnostic value and clinic application of combination of CEA,CYFRA21-1 and CA153 tubercular pleural effusion and malignant pleural effusion.[Methods] 144 cases with tubercular per-fusion and 131 cases with malignant perfusion were collected, and CEA,CYFRA21-1 and CA153 in the pleural effusion and serum were detected by chemical luminal immunology.[Results] The levels of CEA,CYFRA21-1 and CA153 in serum and malignant pleural effusion were significantly increased when compared with that in tubercular pleural effusion or serum(P﹤ 0.01).The levels of CEA,CYFRA21-1 and CA153 in malignant pleural effusion were significantly higher than those in serum.[Conclusion] The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of combination of CEA,CYFRA21-1 and CA153 in detection of ma-lignant pleural effusion were 96.2%,91.7% and 93.8%,respectively.Combination of CEA,CYFRA21-1 and CA153 has high clinic application in detection and differential diagnosis of tubercular pleural effusion and malignant pleural effusion.
