Abstract
Without the internal support of the democratic political culture,it is very difficult to achieve political development in Russia.Therefore,Russia must pay attention to the democratic trend of political culture in the process of transition.This article analyzes the rational construction of identical political culture,independent political culture,participatory political culture and legal political culture and explains the far-reaching significance of the democratic trend of political culture for Russia's political development.
