Abstract
CXCR1 and CXCR2,two important members of G protein-coupled receptors superfamily, are mostly expressed on mature PMN,monocytes,T cells and other immunocytes.CXCR1 and CXCR2 can bind to different ligands, such as CXCL1,CXCL2,CXCL3,CXCL5,CXCL6,CXCL7,and CXCL8.As CXCR1 and CXCR2 are combined with their ligands, intracellular signal transduction can be induced by allosteric G protein molecules and a series of downstream biological effects of cell migration and degranulation have been established.Latest research shows that CXCR1 and CXCR2 play a key role not only in multiple inflammatory diseases but also in cell development, angiogenesis and chemotactic of normal histiocytes and abnormal tumor cells.
