Abstract

Based on the case study of landlord port mode in Jiaxing Port,and the analysis of the accomplishments and the problems to be resolved,a proposal is put forward to apply the pan-landlord port mode to port construction,with suggestions concerning operating approaches and procedures for the implementation of the pan-landlord port mode.The inspiration of the Pan-Landlord Port Mode for the coastal ports in Zhejiang Province is further explored in the paper.
