Abstract
Apple residue was extracted of flavonoids by using microwave technology.The effect of ethanol concentration,microwave power,processing time,liquid materials ratio of flavonoids and soaking time extraction on extraction rate were investigated.The optimal conditions were as follows:concentration of ethanol 70%,the time of microwave extraction 2 min,the power of microwave oven 350 W,solid/liquid ratio 1 ∶30(g/mL),the total flavonoids of yield was 0.683 7% by 1 time.
