Detection and clinical significance of Th17 cells and related cytokines in rheumatoid arthritis

Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of rheumatoid arthritis in peripheral blood and synovial fluid IL-6,IL-17.Methods A total of 51 cases with rheumatoid arthritis and 15 patients were regarded as RA peripheral blood group and RA synovial fluid group,30 case without rheumatoid arthritis were considered as control group,we detected all the research object of IL-6 and IL-17.Results The IL-6,IL-17 detected value in the The RA peripheral blood group and RA synovial fluid group were significant higher(P 0.05).ESR,RF,CRP and RA peripheral blood of patients and joint fluid in patients with IL-6 levels had significantly positive correlation,RA joint fluid of IL-17 and RA each observed indicators was significantly positively related(P 0.05).Conclusion RA patients,IL-6,IL-17 in the peripheral blood and synovial fluid over-expression prompts in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis they may play an important role.
