Abstract
Intellectual property is legitimate right endowed by law.But if righter of intellectual property abuses his exclusive rights,he must be regulated by anti-monopoly law.Anti-monopoly law has not been legislated yet in China.It is neither systematic nor operatable to regulate the intellectual property righter's abusing.In the article the writer advances the basic principles for intellectual property anti-monopoly law in China,elaborates the frame and regulated objects and refer of some operating programs.
