Abstract
According to Potter's Diamond Model,this paper analyzed qualitatively the deep-seated reasons of international competitiveness of Fujian textile industry,and concluded that Fujian has good foundation and conditions to develop id the industry.However,the industry is developed extensively but not intensively.Baes on that,the industry is competitive in quantity but not in quality.
