Abstract
[Objective]To study hydroxycamptothecin(HCPT) inducing oral squamous cell carcinoma KB cell lines apoptosis and its mechanism.[Methods] KB cells cultured in vitro were treated with HCPT,MTT test was used to detect the cytotoxicity,hoechst 33258 staining and flow cytometry(FCM) were used for qualitative and quantitative study of apoptosis,Western-blotting was used to detect the expressionn of caspase-3 and Bcl-2 protein.[Rusults] HCPT could induce KB cells apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner.The higher apoptosis rate,the higher caspase-3 expression and lower Bcl-2 expression(P0.05).[Conclusion] HCPT can induce the oral squamous cell carcinoma cell lines apoptosis,it may be related,with inducing the expression of caspase-3 and Bcl-2 protein.
