A Research Review on "the Development of State-owned Enterprises and the Decline of Private Enterprises"

In recent years,great attention is paid to more and more merger and acquisition of enterprises,which leads to intense arguments on development of state-owned enterprises and the decline of private enterprises.The arguments mainly concern about the existence of the phenomenon,its causes,value judgment,and the exit of state-owned enterprises in competitive industries.There are different arguments about the four aspects of development of state-owned enterprises and the decline of private enterprises,such as the affirmative and the negative argument on its value judgment;the exit and non-exit argument on the exit of state-owned enterprises in competitive industries.Of course,in order to achieve the purpose of scientific development of China's economy,state-owned enterprises and private enterprises should coexist and transferable with each other.
