Building disaster caused by Saomai typhoon in Cangnan County, Zhejiang Province as well as the technical measure for anti-typhoon

Abstract
This year,No.8 typhoon Saomai frontal struck the Wenzhou city,Zhejiang Province,causing hug casualty and property loss in afternoon,August 10.After the disaster happened,the Ministry of construction at once sent the expert group to the typhoon struck area in Zhejiang and Fujian Province to investigate the situation of hours and infrastructure damage.The expert group analyzed the cause of house damaged by typhoon and proposed the technical measures to anti-typhoon for the hours according to the problems existed in anti-typhoon of building in local village and town,provided a technical support for the recovery and reconstruction after disaster.
