Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Plus Western Medicine in the Treatment of Hemorrhoids Postoperative Pain Control Observation

[Objective] To observe the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of hemorrhoids postoperative pain clinical curative effect.[Methods]84 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 42 cases in each group.The control group treated by routine treatment,after bath dressing;the treatment group in the control group based on the use of traditional Chinese medicine 1 doses of d,2 oral Decoction;Chinese herbal fumigation and washing,15min,2/d.Observation of postoperative 1-3d day after defecation and pain in patients with(VAS method),postoperative bleeding and postoperative wound edema after operation,the 7d evaluation of efficacy.[Results]After second,3 days VAS scores in treatment group were lower than those in control group the treatment group postoperative hemorrhage lighter than the control group;postoperative wound edema lighter than the control group;the curative effect in treatment group than in control group.[Conclusion]Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation can significantly reduce pain after hemorrhoidectomy,decrease postoperative bleeding,reduce the exudation of wound edema,high clinical curative effect,is worth popularizing.
