Abstract

Science and technology are primary productivity,agricultural science and technology are important driving force for the development of modern agriculture,the sustainable and rapid development of modern agriculture can not do without the support of agricultural science and technology.However,at present,China's agricultural science and technology policy restricted the development of agricultural science and technology.Therefore,China's agricultural science and technology policy adjustment and innovation have become an urgent and serious problem.
