Abstract

With the rapid development of central China economic area,Henan construction industry will usher in a new phase of development.Based on the statistics of construction industry of Henan province in recent 10 years,this paper forecasts the engineering and technology personnel demand of Henan province in next 10 years and discusses the talents cultivation of construction engineering and technology in higher vocational education.
