Discussion on the Methods and Means of Children Speed Skaters' Systemic Training

Basing on the specialty of speed skating and the growth trait of elite all-round speed skaters,with inosculating the children psycholgical and physical character,the children skaters need the all-round systemic training for developing their physical,technical and psychological abilities.The article indicates that the systemic training methods and means relate to aerobic endurance training,strength training,speed training,basic skill and psychological training.It has the meaning of guidance and reference for the coaches of children speed skaters to develop the idea of systemic training.
