Clinical Analysis on 80 Cases of Cerebellar Infarction

Objective To improve the knowledge on clinical manifestation and treatment of cerebellar infarction.Methods To analyze the clinical data of 80 cases of cerebellar infarction by the method of retrospective analysis.Results As for cerebellar infarction,those clinical manifestations were correlated with the sizes and locations of lesions.Benign cerebellar infarctions indicated good prognosis,while cerebellar infarctions withmass effectsuggested poor prognosis.Conlusioin Cerebellar infarctions with small lesions indicated good prognosis,while those with large lesions needed positive treatments,and surgical drainage should be considered if necessary.
