Analysis of results of syphilis antibody testing in 19785 cases

Abstract

Objective:To understand the patients among the positive rates of syphilis antibodies and their distribution to provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of syphilis.Methods:Submission of specimens for screening by ELISA,positive TPPA and then confirmed.Results:By detecting TPPA,in 19785 cases of specimens,there are 167 positive cases,the positive rate is 0.84%,in which 80 cases of men and 87 cases of women.Conclusion:At present,the infection rate of syphilis among is high.Syphilis antibody testing of patients is necessary,for it provides science basis of timely detection,early treatment,and effectively control the spread of syphilis.
