Abstract
Objective To explore the influence on the effects of score foot gymnastics on neonatal screening blood sampling. Methods According to the sampling sequence, neonatal were divided into the experimental group and the control group,100 cases in each group. The two groups took the same sampling method, the experimental group took score foot gymnastics before blood sampling. Results Compared to the control group, the blood sampling time was shortened, blood sampling success rate was increased, and the incidence of petechiae was reduced in the experimental group(P 0.01 or P 0.05).Conclusion The score foot gymnastics sampling method can increase the success rate of blood sampling, improve the qualified rate of specimens and work efficiency, and reduce pain of neonatal.
