Abstract

The concept of intertextuality smashed the authority on work originality,encourage people to understand the textual character and probe its new field.The theory of intertextuality holds that absolute originality is not in existence.Innumerable previous texts make up the new text.This essay mainly aims to re-understand the theory of intertextuality with its definition,value,classification and improvement.The purpose is to let people go a step further on the theory of intertextuality.
