Abstract

From December 2010, the outbreak of large-scale unrest in the Arab world continues till now has entered in its third year. Currently, the region has encountered many difficulties: the countries in the transition process walk with difficulty; the rise of Islamic forces led to new conflicts; American’sneo-interventionism was unpopular and its ability to lead is declining; the terrorist violence had new development; the inherent hot issues still cannot see the solution dawn; the five big regional powers affect the regional pattern. In all, the unrest and local conflicts will show the normalization and long-term trends. If there is no direct military intervention of the Western powers, a regional war could not break out.
