Striving for constructingLearning societyis one of the important goals in building a well-off society in an all-round way in the first 20 years of the 21st century in China.The basic features of the learning society are to b e good at learning,to advocate life-long learning,all people learning and organ izational learning.Any society if it losses the above features would not be defi ned as the learning society.Then what are the necessary conditions for being a l earning society?These would require an innovative education(learning)system,vari ed education(learning)resources and informationized education(learning)environm ent.
