Abstract

The Three Gorges Project is the unique grant water conservancy one in the world.More than one million of migrants from the reservoir area have mainly settled down in the upward area of the reservoir nearby.Along the bank geologic conditions are rather complex, so that a lot of landslide and collapse harm the safety of the migrants,and therefore a great attention should be paid to some significant aspects of controlling the geologic hazards
