Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the content determination of kaempferol in Zhemu syrup.METHODS:HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Calesil ODS-100 C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% acetic acid(gradient elution)at a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 360 nm.RESULTS:The linear range of kaempferol was 1~50 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 8).The average recovery rate was 99.77%(RSD=1.21%,n=9).CONCLUSION:The method is rapid, simple and specific, and it can be used for the quality control of Zhemu syrup.
