The combination of intrasinusal pyelolithotomy and pneumatic lithoripsy under ureteroscope in the treatment of gyant staghorn calcuvi

Objective To discuss the surgical approaches of intrasinusal pyelolithotomy, pneumatic lithoripsy,ureteroscope, for giant staghorn calculi. Methods The data of 26 cases treated with intrasinusal Pyelolithotomy, pneumatic lithoripsy, ureteroscope. Results Lithotomy was success ful in all cases,renal pedicle occlusion were not need during the operation,the calculus were completely cleared out in 22 cases (84.6%) the residual calculus in 4(15.4%). Conclusions Treatment of giant staghorn culcui with this menthod has been simple,easy to master,little bleeding,high rate of clearance and little compeications.
