Abstract
This paper reports the cultural methods of Spirulina platensis,and the consilitaents and absorp- tion of metal elements in Spirulina plantensisare aralyzed.The results are as follows:1 ) under2 5 0 0 lux in- tensity of light,between30℃ and34℃ of the optimum temperature,the biomass of the Spirulina platersis is high.2 ) In the dry weight of the Spirulina have CHO 1 6- 2 0 % ,protein contenthave 60 .5 % .3) The most high concentration of the Fe SO4is 5 0 mg/l,the Ca Cl2 is 4 6mg/l,the Zn SO4is 1 5 .2 mg/l,the KIO3is 60 0 mg/l.
