Research on Equipment Predictive Maintenance Management Model and It's Key Technology

Abstract

Based on popular discussion on equipment maintenance,the shortages of two traditional maintenance models(fault maintenance and preventive maintenance) are analyzed,and the predictive maintenance mode is built.Then model principle and contents were introduced in detail.Emphatically,some key technologies are explained,such as state monitoring,spare parts invalid control and interval optimization.
