Abstract
Recombinant Pichia pastoris strain can express and secrete recombinant human bone sialoprotein (rhBSP). The optimum fermentation conditions of rhBSP were studied. Cells were harvested at A 600 =9.0 and resuspended in BMMY to an A 600 =45. rhBSP expression reached the largest amount 0.225 g/L at pH 6.0, 2.0% ( v/v ) methanol on the 4 th day.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
