Abstract
Since the effective supply of rural public goods is insufficient while the farmers are overburdened,it reflects the structural imbalances in the operating system of the supply of rural public goods and the share of its cost.To rectify the structural imbalances between urban and rural areas in case of supplying public goods,and between the supply and demand of rural public goods,the paper suggests that some related systems should be optimized.
