Abstract

University governance structure is regarded as the base of modern university system and the fundamental task for the construction of university system.Now China is adopting principal responsibility system under the leadership of party committee with Chinese characteristics.This system is an auxiliary project to set up Chinese university's independent running system,which can maintain the stability and promote the development of the university.
