On China's the Western Regions Economic Take-off

Abstract
There exist different opinions about how to speed up economic development in western-region of China. The author holds that western regions economy may develop in such a way-with ecological environment protection as body, infrastructure construction and natural resources development as two-wings, system innovation as the motive force. As a result, local predominance can be brought into play to obtain comparative advantage, speed up economic growth and maintain sustainable development.
