Abstract
Objective:A method for determination of residual vinyl chloride monomer in food packaging by headspace capillary gas chromatography has been developed.Methods:DB-624capillary column and flame ionization detector(FID) were employed.External standards were used for quantitative determination. Results:The recoveries and relative standard deviations were 100.25% and 3.47% respectively. Conclusion:The results showed that the method was simple and quick. It was suitable for the determination of residual vinyl chloride monomer in food packaging.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
