In the transitional period in terms of society,system and governmental function,a problem surfaces,i.e.the expansion and abuse of administrative power.Hence,it is urgent to supervise administrative power.Nevertheless,there are a number of administrative subjects of supervision in China.Worse still,the ways and means of supervision vary from place to place.As a result,it is necessary to improve China's administrative subjects of supervision.
