Abstract

Through making comparison on administrative structure and athlete management of college high-level sports teams between China and America,some valuable experiences are drawn out for mutual learning.It is of important significance how to use the advanced management mode experience of high-level sports teams in universities of USA,with China's actual practice to improve the management mode of high-level sports teams,for the establishment of high-level athletic system in colleges and universities with Chinese characteristics and develop China's college athletics.
