Abstract
At the beginning of Marx,Engels,Lenin,Stalin,Mao Zedong and the Communist Party of China on the small farmers and small-scale peasant economy's basic theory and policy,after the found of New China,we discuss the new development of small-scale peasant economy,analyze the reasons for enduring small-scale peasant economy and its economic and technical characteristics.Lastly,we discuss the rational choice under the sociol economic conditions and the path of agricultural modernization.
