Abstract

Engineering cost management should go through the whole process of engineering construction project.In view of the importance of cost management to electric power construction enterprises from two aspects: engineering bidding and construction process the question that how to strengthen engineering cost management is discussed,in order to accumulate experiences for engineering cost management to increase economic benefits.
